Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Executive at WebservX, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our clients’ online presence across various social media platforms. You will work with a diverse range of clients from around the world, each with unique goals and challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Social Media Management: Creating, curating, and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  2. Content Creation: Developing engaging and creative content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to captivate audiences and drive user engagement.
  3. Audience Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build meaningful connections with our clients’ audiences.
  4. Data Analysis: Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
  5. Social Media Advertising: Collaborating with our advertising team to create and manage paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  6. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to implement best practices and innovative strategies

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts across various platforms.
  3. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  6. Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new digital tools and technologies.
  10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
