As a Social Media Marketing Executive at WebservX, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our clients’ online presence across various social media platforms. You will work with a diverse range of clients from around the world, each with unique goals and challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Social Media Management: Creating, curating, and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Content Creation: Developing engaging and creative content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to captivate audiences and drive user engagement.
- Audience Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build meaningful connections with our clients’ audiences.
- Data Analysis: Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
- Social Media Advertising: Collaborating with our advertising team to create and manage paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to implement best practices and innovative strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
